We are seeking a diligent and personable Front Desk Executive to join our team in Accra. As the Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous but not required.
