Role Description

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Maintenance and Engineering Staff to join our team in Accra. As part of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our hotel facilities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in building maintenance or a related field, preferably in a hospitality or commercial environment.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contractors.
• Basic computer skills for accessing maintenance management systems and recording maintenance activities.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in maintenance or engineering disciplines are advantageous but not required.
